Kids & Food
Most parents face the problem to feed good food to their Kids. This blog cover's few methods to solve the issue:
- Play with kids, as Kid & give them 2-3 options of food (which can be prepared at Home)
- Engage the kids into food preparation & decoration of food (Bear with the way they support / decorate, as they eat it)
- Once food is ready, serve the food in one large single plate, ask them to decorate with (Coriander/Mint leaves, Carrot etc).
- Then try to sit along with to kids to eat.....so that kids eat as much as possible :) (by competing with other mates)
It's wonderful technique to entertain kids & also encourage them to eat good food.
