My Interests

It's wonderful to see urbanisation growth one side but infrastructure is not growing in the same way !! As a result, live's on travel are more painful day-by-day. My house situated 0.5 km inside ORR and all vehicle's enter in residential area and chock the roads. Some days, I come down from house and manage traffic at junction, in front of house, going towards TinFactory, from Marathalli ..... Happy feeling that saved many folks time :) But pain to manage some rude drivers :( Is there a solution in near future !? 

It's very interesting & tasty to prepare chicken (marinated with masala) in fresh Bamboo's...... Prep work: cut chicken pieces (1 kg) Marinate masala: Salt (2 tbsp), Chilly powder (2 tbsp), Coriander powder (3 tbsp), Curd (1 cup),  Optional: Ginger Garlic paste, Pepper, Mint & Coriander leaves,  Done at my native - Pedda Gotti Gallu during Sankranthi trip :) Cut the chicken (village way) :) Insert marinated chicken into Bamboo Put those Bamboo's on fire Chicken filled Bamboo's on fire...for 30 min's Chicken filled Bamboo's on fire.. Chicken filled Bamboo's on fire..
