Weekends at Bangalore
It's always good to know the places near by Bangalore to spend with family / friends in the weekends / holidays. So, sharing few of the known (visited) places or activities we can do instead of simply spending at home / mall :) If you stuck for the day with important works, but can spend 2 hrs in morning or evening, then: Spend on your hobbies (painting, gardening, music etc) in morning / evening Every sat/sun morning (~7:30am), gardening & tree planting work at Jakkur lake ...free to join Identify empty site/space, near your home and develop garden, example of my garden Take family to Jakkur lake / JP Park for a long walk .....different from regular day :) Take kids/family to National Art Gallery (NGMA), Palace Rd Nice to spend few evening hours at Planetarium (1 - 5pm) & IndiraGandi musical fountain(7 - 8:30pm), next to RajBhavan to National Art Gallery (NGMA), Palace Rd (2 hours) HAL Aerospace Museum , HAL Road (2 hours) ISKCON Sri Rad
